Many students who spend a year in industry with us return in graduate roles.

Our New Entrant Development Programme (NEDP ) is available to all graduates.

 

This is a two year programme that supports ICE membership, modular based behavioural competencies, as well as providing the  opportunity to network with your peers from all parts of the business and be involved in a focused business improvement project.

How do I apply for a position?

Hopefully you filled in the contact pop up that greeted you when you joined our site today. If so, we have your details and know you're interested in starting your career with Knights Brown. 

We will hold our recruitment day in December 23. During this we will look to recruit graduates, year in industry and summer placements. We will email you details about this event as soon as they are available.

To apply to attend our recruitment day you will need to send us your CV with a note to explain which position you're interested in applying for. CVs and covering letter can be sent to:

We will shortlist all the applicants and send a virtual invite to successful candidates.

Our virtual careers fairs are a fantastic opportunity to find out as much as you can about us, so you can incorporate what you know into your application.

What can I expect from Knights Brown?

Guiding principles:  We have a strong sense of identity shaped by our six guiding principles. They shape our behaviour towards each other and everyone we work with. They guide us in our decision making and we recruit with them in mind.

Support: More than 15% of our team are from what we call emerging talent, that is they are in graduate, placement or another trainee position. Many in our team started exactly the same way as you might, so will be able to provide the right support

Our project managers will provide support and leadership and at your induction you'll receive all the guidance you need as you set out on your career with us.

Team work: We're a strong team that works hard with great team spirit. We provide an environment that will fully support your development.
