Many students who spend a year in industry with us return in graduate roles.

Our New Entrant Development Programme (NEDP ) is available to graduates offered a role who wish to return.

 

This is a two year programme that supports ICE membership, modular based behavioural competencies, as well as providing the  opportunity to network with your peers from all parts of the business and be involved in a focused business improvement project.

How do I apply for a position?

Hopefully you filled in the contact pop up that greeted you when you joined our site today. If so, we have your details and know you're interested in starting your career with Knights Brown. 

We'll be holding a virtual recruitment day early in 2021. During this we will be looking to recruit graduates and year in industry and summer placements. We will email you details about this event as soon as they are available.

Support: More than 15% of our employees are YII and summer placements. Many in our team started exactly the same way as you might, so have a strong affinity to spending a year in industry.

Our project managers will provide support and leadership and at your induction you'll receive all the guidance you need as you set out on the year ahead.
